In the field of occupational safety, properly addressing skin stress and implementing personal protective measures plays a central role in minimizing occupational health risks. Skin health is particularly crucial, as it affects the risk of hands acting as vectors for disease. Dry, cracked skin, or even the smallest wounds are like an invitation for all kinds of pathogens to settle on or inside the body. Therefore, caring for and protecting the hands with appropriate lotions and creams is an indispensable part of hand hygiene—because only healthy skin can be effectively disinfected.
